Recovery Ministry

Recovery Ministries offers a safe space every week for those struggling with personal sin, sin done to them, and suffering in general to find hope and healing in Christ. This past spring, through the multiplication of leaders who have experienced transformation through the gospel, we were able to start a new gathering at our West Campus, giving us two locations (St. John's and West) every week for people to attend.  The stories of gospel transformation range from people experiencing renewed hope in the midst of their struggles with anxiety, depression, and same sex attraction, to walking in the freedom they have in Christ by turning from habitual sin like sexual immorality, drunkenness and anger.

Move Forward

Recovery Ministry

Recovery Ministries plan to continue building and growing a presence at West Campus in order to serve those living in southwest Austin. We are also planning to partner with North Campus to launch ReEngage, our marriage enrichment and restoration program. Lastly, we are praying for God to raise up women who could lead an issue-specific group for victims of abuse.
